Ingrêdiênts

  • 3 frozên organic strawbêrriês
  • 1/2 cup frozên spinach or kalê (whatêvêr I havê on hand)
  • 1 tsp chia sêêds
  • 2 tbsp almond buttêr
  • 1 Tbsp granulatêd Swêrvê
  • fill thê cup with watêr or Almond milk
