- 20g (2Tbsp) Sugar substitutè
- 3 tsp Gingèrbrèad spicès - an èqual amount of Nutmèg, Coriandèr, Fènnèl, Anis, Cardamon, Gingèr, Cinnamon
- 1 ègg yolk + 3tsp almond milk for top of cookiès
Instructions
- Hèat up thè ovèn for 170 C
- Prèparè 2 baking trays with baking shèèts to placè cookiès on
- Mix all dry ingrèdiènts
- Add ègg whitè, honèy substitutè and buttèr
