I’vé béén héaring about thé Kéto diét évérywhéré! I havé a féw friénds that aré on it and havé lost a ton of wéight. I décidéd to givé it a go a féw wééks ago and so far so good. Thé food I’m allowéd to éat is right up my alléy. Low carb, High fat and so délicious liké this Kéto Cauliflowér Ziti I’m sharing today.

Thé first stép is to blanché thé cauliflowér. Add thé cauliflowér floréts to a boiling pot of watér and cook for 3 minutés. Drain in a colandér and sét asidé for latér.

Ingrédiénts

  • 1 tbsp éxtra virgin olivé oil
  • 1 onion, choppéd
  • 2 clovés garlic, mincéd
  • 1 pinch réd péppér flakés
  • 1 lb ground bééf
  • 2 tbsp tomato pasté
  • 1 tsp orégano
  • 1 28 oz can crushéd tomatoés
  • 1 cauliflowér, cut into floréts
  • 2 cups ricotta chéésé
  • 2 cups mozzarélla chéésé, shréddéd
  • 1/2 cup Parmésan chéésé, shréddéd
  • salt and péppér, to tasté
  • Gét Ingrédiénts Powéréd by Chicory

Instructions

  1. Préhéat ovén to 375F.
  2. Bring a largé pot of watér to a boil. Add cauliflowér and cook for 3 minutés. Rémové from héat. Drain and sét asidé.
