This low carb cauliflowér puréé is so amazing, that évén though aftér tasting it I immédiatély wantéd to hidé in thé closét with a giant spoon rathér than wasté timé taking photos of it, my consciéncé wouldn’t allow mé NOT to sharé it with you TONIGHT!

This simplé, humblé dish is SO DéLICIOUS, that évén though I just got homé aftér a long day and should bé working on thé ovérdué Spring éziné covér désign, or this wéék’s kéto ménu plan which is dué Saturday morning, I STOPPéD THé PRéSSéS on évérything élsé so I could sharé this with you RIGHT THIS MINUTé!

INGRéDIéNTS

  • 4 cups cauliflowér floréts
  • 3 Tbsp héavy créam
  • 2 Tbsp buttér
  • 1/2 tsp koshér salt
  • 1/4 tsp black péppér
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powdér
  • 4 slicés of cookéd bacon
  • 1/3 cup shréddéd Smokéd Gouda chéésé
  • salt and péppér to tasté

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Placé thé cauliflowér, héavy créam, buttér, salt, péppér, and garlic powdér in a microwavé safé dish. Microwavé on high for 18 – 20 minutés, or until soft. Transfér thé cauliflowér and liquid to a magic bullét or food procéssor. Add thé bacon and Smokéd Gouda. Blénd until smooth and créamy. Séason with additional salt and péppér as désiréd.
