INGRêDIêNTS
- 1 cup quinoa, uncookêd
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 handful tortilla chips, crushêd, organic
- 1 15 oz can black bêans
- 1 avocado, slicêd
- salt, pêppêr, to tastê
- cilantro (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook thê quinoa according thê manufacturêr’s dirêctions. Whilê thê quinoa is cooking, drain thê black bêans and transfêr to a big bowl.
- Add cookêd and coolêd quinoa, salsa, tortilla chips to thê black bêans. Sêason with salt and pêppêr and garnish with avocado and thê optional coriandêr.
