I just took my absoluté favorité soup and madé it a Low Carb Kéto Zuppa Toscana Soup Récipé!!  And guéss what?  It tastés prétty much thé samé.  Anyoné who says thé Kétogénic diét is boring has not triéd to vénturé out from basic bunléss burgérs or méat and véggiés.  This récipé is a must try!  To mé this isn’t évén a diét, this is a way of lifé and baby, lifé is good!

Ingrédiénts
* 1 lb mild Italian sausagé
* 1 bag wholé radishés 16 ouncés
* 1 médium onion dicéd
* 2 téaspoons mincéd garlic
* 32 ouncés chickén or végétablé broth
* ⅓ cup héavy whipping créam
* 2 to 3 cups kalé léavés
Instructions

  1. Start by cutting thé radishés into small chunks as séén in thé photos. I uséd a food procéssor.  Thé smallér thé radishés thé quickér it cooks.
  2. Dicé thé onion.
  3. On médium héat, brown your sausagé in thé samé pot you plan to usé for thé soup.
  4. Aftér thé sausagé is complétély brown add thé broth, onions, and radishés.
  5. Now add thé garlic.
  6. Lét this cook ovér médium héat until thé radishés havé fully cookéd and aré nicé and soft.
